Rosie Montes Tate, right, and Jennifer Montes prepared a coffee Friday at Pike Street Market. Montes took over the business April 1, whish she bought from Tate, her aunt. Downtown coffeehouse and deli Pike Street Market has a new owner, but don't worry about the Downtown landmark going through too many changes. Westsider Jennifer Montes, 25, bought the cafe at 207 E. Mills in the Cortez building from her aunt, Rosie Montes Tate, and began operating the business on April 1.
